WAGE & HOUR LITIGATION
From four South Florida offices, our trial attorneys represent current and former
employees seeking reimbursement for unpaid overtime wages and for other
uncompensated pay.

Federal law requires employers to pay employees time and a half for all hours worked
over 40 hours per week, unless you fall within an exemption. If your employer has
violated federal law, it may be required to pay you your past unpaid overtime,
interest, an additional amount equal to the unpaid overtime, plus costs and attorney
fees.  Workers in the U.S. have the right to payment of their full wages in a regular and
timely fashion, and should not have to fight to receive compensation for overtime and
other services rendered.

Unfortunately it is common for employees to lose earned compensation due to
oversight, mismanagement, or sometimes deception on the part of employers.

The federal government legally protects employees' wages, but is up to the employee
or former employee to take action against the employer if they are or have withheld
pay or are disregarding U.S. Labor Laws.  All employees have a right to be paid in a
fair and just manner and a lawyer experienced in employment law can help employees
and former employees obtain full compensation.

Below are the types of Employee Wage and Hour cases:
Unpaid Wages
Unpaid Overtime Wages
Unlawful Deductions from Commissions
Unpaid Rest Periods
Work Off-the-Clock
Unpaid Meal Time
Non-reimbursed Business Expenses.
